1. General, scope of application

and the consumer only apply the following terms and conditions in its valid version at time of contract.
A consumer is hereby defined as any natural person acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business or profession.
(§ 13 BGB).
2. Signing the contract, binding effect of contractual conditions
2.1. The following terms concerning contractual conditions refer to orders placed via online shop https://shop.tasm-records.de/.
2.2. After conclusion a contract comes into effect with:

2.3. The presentation of the products in the internet shop is a non-binding offer for the customer.
and does not constitute a binding offer from our side.
If the consumer makes an order the consumer makes a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchasing contract.
2.4. If an order reaches our online shop, the following rules have to be considered: The consumer places a binding offer by successfully following the order procedure on the website shown as explained here:
1) Selection and collection of desired products in the shopping cart
2) Review of details in the shopping cart
3) proceed to checkout for concluding the order process
4) login by registering (if not already in place), or ordering as a guest
5) Enter of data
6) Review of data
7) By clicking on the button "order to pay" the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the basket. Before finally submitting the offer to purchase, the customer has the opportunity to review the order
summary and use the "Back" button in the browser to return to the previous page to correct any input errors.
As soon as the order is concluded the consumer immediately receives an e-mail confirming that the contract comes into effect.
2.5. Once the order has been placed, a copy of
the order details, the Terms of Conditions and the privacy policy will be sent to you via email.
The Terms of Conditions and the privacy policy can be viewed at any any time on the website of our online shop.
For security reasons your order data is not longer available online.
3. Terms of payment
3.1. All stated prices are final and do not include delivery charges. They already include VAT when ordered to a country inside the EU.
3.2 Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal or PayPal Express.
3.3 In the event of advance payment the amount is due no later than 10 days after the contract has come into effect.
4. Delivery
4.1. If not stated otherwise, our products are available for shipment immediately.
Consequently delivery usually takes place within 5 working days.
In the event of advance payment it must be noted that the deadline for delivery starts after a payment order
is submitted to the sending bank.
If the end of the delivery period should be a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the
next working day is taken as end of the deadline.
5. Property rights
Until payment is fullfilled, property rights will remain with Try and stop me Records.
6. Guarantee
Guarantee applies according to German law.
7. Jurisdiction
The contractual relationship is governed by German law.
